why i cannot appply gel on my spain and hips?

Hi Margaret,
Voltaren is not approved for use on the spine, hips and shoulder because the medication has not been studied for use in those areas. Researchers are not sure how the medication will be absorbed, and how (or even if) the medication will work on those joints.
