Q: are dizzy spells a few days of the month a normal symptom of rheumatoid arthritis?

My symptoms are dizziness for 2 to 3 days a month, red spider veins on face, raynauds on hands and feet, scalp dermatits and a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Can all these things be related to the RA or is something else going on too?
