Hi Daisy, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there are no other anti-inflammatory topical medications available for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Capsaicin cream provides relief to some individuals - perhaps you could try that if you haven't in the past. You can discuss with your doctor whether it may be beneficial to you. It's pretty affordable. The largest drawback is that it needs to be applied several times daily, and it takes a few weeks to reach its maximum effect.
