Very bad arthritis in both wrists, right knee and terrible in left foot. most fingers have nobules on them .Very painful, what meds can anyone suggest. Celebrex 200mg AM and Pm dont do much. Vicodin for pain helps but keeps me in a fog. Gabapentin for nerve pain really helps.Ultram gives no relief at all[150mg] Any more ideas out there. Laura Jane This pain has now been relieved with Tramadol its great
