Can I trust of Synthovial 7 /hyaluronic acid/ - liquid for oral treatment of Osteoarthritis?

I am trying to find a way of supporting my knee joints in good condition due to the fact that I am still young but I have osteoarthritis in middle stage. OOOPs....I didn't finish

Hey, it's Jacquie again. I complained about leg pains and hiking....and taking Arimidex. What I left out was.. I've developed osteoarthritis from this medication...and I am at my wits end.
