I am 40 and no doctors are taking me surios

I am 40 and in real bad pain. I'm on tons of meds. The doctors ask me why do I have OA & OP. I have been to 7 Rhue.doctors. I also have severe  fibro. I would really like to know what this type of arthritis will do to your bones? My doctor just told

i would really like to know what this form of arthritis will do to my body as I get older. I am 44 and does this arthritis has anything to do with lose of your sight? My doctor really has not explain this in great detail. I can't take Celebrex what else is there?

Is stair climbing okay for osteoarthritis?

I have been diagnosed with degenerative joint disease.  I understand this is the same as osteoarthritis.  It is primarily in my hips and knees.  I am considering going into an upper flat.  Is stair climbing beneficial or detrimental to the OA?  Does anyone know?  Thanks...
