Should I be taking calcium supplements?

I am in my twenties and have never loved dairy products - milk, cheese, etc. Should I be concerned that I might develop osteoarthritis? Should I be taking calcium supplements to offset any risk?

What type of exercise helps to prevent osteoarthritis?

I am concerned about my susceptibility to osteoarthritis, and would like to do everything possible to prevent it. I have learned that proper diet and exercise can help, but are there specific types of exercises that I should focus on (ie cardio vs. weights, running or biking, etc.)?

Osteoarthritis and Genetics?

Is there some sort of genetic connection for osteoarthritis? If my grandparents and parents had it, am I likely to get it? And when?
