I'm reading "THE MYTH OF OSTEOPOROSIS". it has been very helpful to my psychological well being which has been freaking out ever since I was diagnosed. Don't misunderstand the title, it is not implying there is no osteoporosis, it just offers a different and perhaps healthier perspective.
