About Me

Rose Chon, M.P.H. attended the University of Southern California, where she received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She holds a B.S. in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies and a Masters in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Communication. Ms. Chon is committed to health education and empowerment at the level of individual communication through various mediums, including radio, television, and the World Wide Web. Her particular areas of interest include: nutrition, physical activity, women's health and sexual health. As a contributing writer for this site, she aspires to provide useful, accurate, and relevant health information so that readers are better equipped to lead healthier lives.
