About Me

4 yrs. ago broke wrist & ribs diag. -1 osteopenia. June 5th this yr. tried to move something and fractured spine, -3.5 osteoporosis. Could no longer work with my clients. Diagnosed with Chiari and Syringomyelia in 1987 but it didn't stop me they way this has. I'm supposed to start Forteo but after reading about so many bad side effects I'm worried. I also want to have a life so I don't see many options. I also teach dance (ballroom, country line & folk) to D.D. adults. I have been practicing Tai Chi for 2 years.
