Thursday, August 20, 2009 at 06:58 PMHi Harmony, can you tell us which drug is being used for this study? I'm sure our members/readers would be interested, and any info you could provide would be great!
I wish I lived closer to NC, I'd be interested, but there's no way I could get there--darn

I didn't write the article you mentioned but I'll send your thanks to the writer PJ Hamel.
Join us any time, we could use some good news and great information from someone involved in this type of trial on osteoporosis.

Monday, August 31, 2009 at 04:53 PMHi Pam,
The study is comparing Denosumab with Boniva. It's a year long study and the subjects are randomly assigned to receive either Denosumab or Boniva. Anyone interested needs to contact me at the study center for further information. Thanks for spreading the word. There are many sites involved in the study all across the country. Maybe there is one near you! I can try to find out if you give me your city.
Thanks,
Harmony
