I have osteoporosis and lift weights, but I have been unable to find anywhere what the maximum safe weight to lift for people with osteoporosis is. I am 51 and petite. Does anybody have any advice or ideas?

Lots of studies have shown that strength training can help increase bone mass in people with osteoporosis, especially in the spine.
