I take daily 1400 mg calicum and 4,300 mg of D3. Belong to Curves that I go 3 times weekly and walk about 2-3 miles 2-3 times weekly. Eat properly.

Sounds like you're doing everything right. I assume you're not smoking or drinking; it may be that you're genetically prone to thinning bones. Also, osteopenia may just be the natural state of your bones at this stage in your life; you may not need any treatment in order to maintain your T-scores at the level they're at now.
