I was told I have Osteopenia, (-2.3).

I take daily 1400 mg calicum and 4,300 mg of D3.  Belong to Curves that I go 3 times weekly and walk about 2-3 miles 2-3 times weekly.  Eat properly.

What am I doing wrong?  What should I do?

I do have a lot of the Osteoarthritis.

Help...what can I do?  I can not exercise anymore than I do.  I am 68 & very active.

Sounds like you're doing everything right. I assume you're not smoking or drinking; it may be that you're genetically prone to thinning bones. Also, osteopenia may just be the natural state of your bones at this stage in your life; you may not need any treatment in order to maintain your T-scores at the level they're at now. I'd say discuss this with your doctor; and in the meantime, you might find this article on osteopenia treatment interesting; it discusses whether or not this condition should really be treated, or just left alone. Take care- PJH
