Don't drink milk?  Soy milk make you bloated?  Then try organic fortified rice milk.  And for gosh sakes, get low fat vanilla, the low fat plain tastes like liquid cardboard.  It is delicious  I use either the Whole Foods 360 brand, fortified with calcium and vitamins (25 percent of the daily requirement in an 8-oz serving -- 1 cup) or Trader Joe's Rice Milk, unsweetened vanilla, fortified with Vitamins A, D, B12 & Calcium, which contains 30 percent of the daily requirement in an 8-oz. serving.

Both brands are gluten free.  There are other brands.  Just be sure to check the label.
