Helllo Everyone,
I am writing from Information Television Network, a television production company located in Boca Raton, Florida. We are the producers of "Healthy Body, Healthy Mind." This health and wellness series is currently airing on Public Television across the country. Please see the link below for the latest schedule.

I am have been assigned to produce a half hour documentary on Osteoporosis. This program will be part of the on-going series "Healthy Body, Healthy Mind."
I am writing in the hopes to receive a response from someone willing to participate in the show. Ideally, I'd like to find someone in Florida, but I know that may be difficult. However, before responding, please see if you fulfill the following:
1) You are articulate. Obviously you will need to be comfortable enough to tell your story in front of a camera. The audience will need to clearly understand what you have been through.
2) You have time. We often spend 2-3 days with a patient filming various "settings" that help tell your story about Osteoporosis.
3) You have an interesting story to tell, interesting background, and or hobby. Although these programs are educational, we want viewers to all be intrigued, entertained, and interesting. This last criterion is often what draws the viewers in to watch and learn about osteoporosis.
If you are interested and met the above criteria, please email me at Phyllis@itvisus.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best,
Phyllis
