Hi Dese, welcome... I'm so sorry you are going through this and for such a long time.  Have you tried contacting a school counselor, nurse, trusted adult and explain what's going on?  You could also try reaching out to a minister, priest, or doctor if you have one who would be willing to contact the school.  Putting up with this for 3 years is horrible.  You really need to ask for help right away, and do not take it out on yourself, because you've done NOTHING wrong.  The bully is trying to get the upper hand and upset you, but don't let that happen.  Walk away, report it or contact anyone you think will help.

After you tried these things you should get the bullying to stop.  However, if this doesn't work immediately, let me know, so I can try to help in some other way.

Just remember that you are a great person and the bully is not, until he/she stops bullying.  Hopefully the bully will see the damaging affects of their actions and stop this now, but you need to reach out to a trusted individual that can help.  Don't let this go on another minute, you are strong and able to accomplish this.  You reached out for help here, so I know you can do it among your school, church or with medical professionals.
