
I have been enjoying my time here and reading and thinking of how other people are so unfortinate to be in such pain and dispair.Try what i have done many time...Just pack a lunch and get away from everything. dont worry about anything for a afternoon but.....you have to get into something you love to do or go visit and no talking about your health at all. Remember its a get away from it all. Go shopping, movies, skating, play games with a friend or what ever just to get your mind off your health. Yes when you return home the pain may still be bugging you but at least you tried to get away from it all and you had some fun. Now that you have had a break from it you can go into it again with a open mind. Try this and see what happens. I know it works for me. Good Luck.Always keep a chin up ok. Love:Pam xoxo


What wonderful advice Pam! Thank you for sharing it with us, it is so important to -- as much as possible -- make room for some lighthearted fun and not dwell on the pain all the time. Hope some readers out there give it a try...
