To All that may have the same as me. I believe that anyone who has any Osteo in the family should be tested at a early age. I got cancer in June/2006 and the chemo weakend my bones a ton!!! Then i find out i have Osteo. If you have been threw chemo please push to get a bone density done, not j...

    Thanks so much for your thoughtful advice, Pam. Unfortunately the same chemotherapy that can stop tumor growth can often also result in bone loss. You are absolutely right that cancer survivors need to continue monitoring for osteo as well.
