I had it done and i now know for the sake of my children that i do not carry this gene.It is a simple blood test that you will never regret. It took such a load off us all and the worry is down to a minumal. Knowing if you carry this Gene would help you better plan out your life a little better as to health issues. I would recommend this to anyone with a history in thier family. I got cancer in June/2006 and the chemo weakend my bones a ton!!! Then i find out i have Osteo. If you have been threw chemo please push to get a bone density done, not just a bone scan there is a huge difference between the two ok.I would not want to see anyone else have to suffer with this. This is a little about me and my experience with my health to everyone..I am 34 years old, Female and married with three children.I have Breast cancer, had a Radical Modified Mestectomy done, then had to get that drained three times due to fluid build up.
