I definitely recommend getting a bone density test. They're not that expensive. I'm 43, and I just got one to be safe and I have extremely bad osteoporosis. I recently broke a rib just bumping into something, and my wrists, fingers, and back ache all the time. I eat a very healthy diet, am fit and thin. But it's got me. Get checked and find out so if you have it you can take steps to prevent further bone loss!
