Dear Pam!

My first reaction to your post is WOW! It is absolutely fantastic-- this information is not contained in such a collected form anywhere on the web! No single site will put all these things together in the manner you have done! I had no idea that such a machine existed! The calculator will make things easy! And to top it all you have give the link to Calcium Stealers -- these are things we had no idea about!! I wish they had a similar calculator for Vit D! At the outset I am still reading your article again and again and digesting the wonderful things in it and trying to retain them in my memory and my diary! But I am glad I am a member of this site so that I can always come back and re-read your posts whenever I forget anything!! I do hope they will let the older posts remain on the site forever!! I have to keep coming back to them like coming back to a medical dictionary-- there is just a WEALTH of perfect data and information here which I need to retain in my memory and notes all the time, and to tell others about.

Thank you once again for another outstanding article replete with all the references and data and up to date information on Calcium!!

Thank you,

Yours,

Priya

Thanks Priya, so glad you liked the calculator.  Be sure to let us know if you find one of your own, or another on D.  Here's a link to the article I did on calculating your vitamin D from sun exposure.  You can also look at the USDA National Nutrient Database to look for foods with vitamin D.  Also, here's a list of things that interfere with D absorption.

Thanks again for joining us and glad you like the calcium calculator.
