Dear Pam,

I was just passing by and had access to a computer so I am writing these few lines in a hurry! It is wonderful that you are doing so much for the world community through your shareposts on osteoporosis! May this month of May bring about a greater awareness through your posts.

Pam, please check out the role of Vit K2 in two forms K2-7 and K2-4 which is supposed to be of paramount importance in helping calcium go to the bones in osteoporosis. It is said to be even more important than Vit D for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Dr. Mercola seems to be talking about its benefits all the time.

Please write something about this as a possible treatment for osteoporosis!

Thanking you again,

Yours,

Priya

Thanks Priya for stopping by.  May this month bring awareness to all!

I'll look into what you suggest since I'm currently taking a K2 complex, for this very thing, that has K1, K2 (as menoquinone 4) and K2 (as menoquinone 7) and MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides).

Hope you are well!

Thanks again...
