I'm sure most of you have noticed our new site navigation design. To help you transition through the changes, I thought I'd point out some of the new features and how they will simplify your time at HealthCentral.

Hi PJ, thanks! I know how most people hate change, especially on web sites, so I thought this might help a little to get people moving around the new options. Do you ever hear: "Why did they change this, I was just getting used to it?" Well since I do, this should take some of the anguish away in trying to find things.
