Thanks, Pam - I didn't know about the rice cereal. I have to say I do fairly well with the rest, though - maybe eating right, plus Reiki, is what keeps me sane?! Nice post - thanks for sharing. PJH

Dearest Pam!

 

I am sorry I havent been able to get to Health Central, as the internet is too slow for the site. I just got it and was delighted to read this post. STRESS is what we all want relief from -- this is wonderful that is all that I can say!! Please keepp on writing more such enlightening ports which go beyond the bones!! I am making this short as the internet is about to go off..
