Hi PJ, what a great article.  It's all the little things we do each day that adds up to success be it with a diet or improving our bones.   I love that you included frozen grapes to the list, I've been munching on them for some time, they are so refreshing when you want something too cool off with during the summer heat. Frozen blueberries are good too. I am also a big fan of Popsicles.

You are so right about Curves being a good place to get some exercise. I work part time at a curves like for women only place in our town.  Most of the women are older than i am, but they all come in and do their best. I work early morning and have a few women who come in to do workout videos using hand weights.  We have a good time, but i do have a hard time convincing them that they can lift more than they  think they can. This morning one of the ladies used lbs. and was surprised she could do it with ease.   Some that come a bit later  like the walking videos. On Monday and Wednesday morning i get a good workout leading them.  The key, like you said is to keep moving and with my collection of videos we don't get bored.

Once again thanks for the tips, its always nice to be reminded of the  simple things we can do to achieve our goals.  take care, phyllis

Kudos to you, Phyllis, for helping other women to realize the potential exercise has to make us all feel SO much better! And the older you are, the more critical it becomes to keep those muscles and bones MOVING. Thanks- PJH
