Hey PJ, how are you?  Thanks so much for simplifying this diet concept for us.  I have to admit I haven't jumped on the Alkaline diet yet...I am considering it, but we really aren't big meat eaters, and I love cheese, but we don't eat much of that either.

I need to get some ph test strips and see what's going on with my urine to see.  I do take apple cider vinegar tablets, which should help some, but probably no where near enough.  Are you doing the alkaline diet?  I have so many things to monitor and take every day the thought of adding another is a little mind boggling at the moment.  Also, if I did do it, it would be great from some other problems I have, like arthritis, etc...

Thanks again and Take Care!

Pam

Thanks, Pam - good to hear from you. Like you, I feel like I'm already juggling too many health things... with just osteopenia, I don't worry too much, esp. since I've really picked up on the weight-bearing exercises in the past year. So bottom line, no, I'm not doing the alkaline diet, though it does sound reasonable. Hope you're feeling as well as posisble- Take care. PJ
