      Hi i want to thank you for all the info about every concerning good health. I heard now a days the tamoxifen is extended to 10yrs. I will be completing 5yrs this march. how should i continue to be free from breast cancer in future also?

      Indira, if you're still pre-menopausal, ask your doctor about continuing with the tamoxifen. If you've gone through menoapuse, you'd want to switch to an aromatase inhibitor, which is more effective for women who've stopped having their period.
