Lila,
It's great that those students have been provided with information so early on. I wish my high school had more information about prevention of osteoporosis and how crucial it is to take care of your bones from a young age.
However, I'm still young and it's definitely not too late. I think all women should try to eat healthier and in general have a healthier lifestyle. I was looking for tips and came across a website called sharewik.com. It had really useful diet tips for increasing calcium intake. Most of the information is in video format which makes it easier to follow and is also very succinct.
Here is the link:

Check it out and hopefully you can share it with your children, family friends or any other young women you know in the high school where this information can be of use.
Thanks for your SharePost, Lila.
