As if we didn't have enough reasons to motivate us already, here's one more study showing the benefits of a regular calcium supplement: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/08/070827095236.htmThis is worth keeping in mind when I lazily try to justify skipping the supplement on the ground...

If you have a diagnosis of osteoporosis, you can't afford to skip your calcium... PLUS magnesium, AND D3 1000mg. a day! We need 1500mg. a day after menopause. I get over 1200 a day in my tablets, the rest in food.
AND this past year I have taken Osteovalin, and have moved from Osteopenia to BORDERLINE normal bone.
I would so LOVE to see this product back in the stores!!!
Anyone else using this stuff???
