The National Institutes of Health has put together a great new web resource to help you analyze your risk for osteoporosis. It's called "Check up on your bones" and it asks a series of questions about your history and lifestyle (exercise, diet, etc.). The site then informs you of your risk factors and suggests changes you could make in a positive way. (And I was particularly impressed that the standard question about ethnicity, for example, lets you put in more than one answer -- a great option in today's diverse society.)
