As you know i have alot going on with different health issues, and i was told by some of my Doctors that i can not take my Losec or any antacids because you need some Acid in your body to absorb the calcium. I take 1000 mg a day of the calcium and i have a gastric alser and a gastic disorder and i can not take anything. Yes it is hard at times but we need to adjust the diet to make sure that everything else is ok. I just wanted to throw that out there and for all to be careful. Lila i love your stories and updates to us all please keep it up :) Love: Pam xoxo
