Let's face it - most things one can do to help prevent osteoporosis are generally pretty boring. While taking supplements of calcium and Vitamin D is great for you, it's not terribly exciting. But I just came across a fun article that advocates jumping - off the couch, a box or whatever - as a way to...

If Jumping is good for formation of bone density... how do you evaluate the new Crazy Fit machines that virate ones entire skeletal system... the new machines we are now seeing in all the gyms... the ones supposedy developed to help the spacenauts retain their bone density?
Also instead of takin Forteo supplementation... has anyone considered being tested for parathyroid disease, removal of parathyroid tumors... which on the Parathyroid.com site they claim is a mere 20 min procedure and within 4years reversal of osteoporosis... also
What about the connection with coeliac disease?????
And Treatment of various problems... epilepsy.... thyroid... the medications thereof all affect most adversely osteoporosis.... and the illnesses themselves are all related to coeliac disease which in turn is related to parathyroid disease which when sorted out can reverse osteoporosis.... shouldn't the fundamental cause for the problem of getting osteoporosis be examined first before treatment is ever given?????
Any comments?
