localized osteoporosis

i had my ankle fused three months ago.  when the surgeon inserted the screws, they went thru my ankle like a sponge...totally porous.  i had a bone density test done this week..and my spine and hip were mild osteopenia...indicitive of someone who stayed in bed for the three months of casting, etc.  

 

how do i find someone to treat just one area?...

I'm not sure about treatment for localized osteoporosis. This is something you need to discuss with a doctor who specializes in treating osteoporosis (typically an endocrinologist). See this link for more help:
