Kidney stones after Forteo

Has anyone developed kidney stones after Forteo?  I have had one in each kidney since finishing the injections 10 months ago.

Osteoporosis and HIV

More work clearly needs to be done on the confounding link between osteoporosis and HIV. A recent study in France indicates that the connection is apparently not the result of antiretroviral treatment, but the theories about the causes of bone problems in this group are still quite speculative. Should I stop taking Actonel since my T-score is worse?

My T-score is lower(from -1.9 to-2.4) in my hip since I started taking Actonel.I have been taking it for 3 years now. Should I continue taking it or stop and look for alternatives?

New osteoporsis yearly Intravenous injection is it Reclass? Preclass? Who knows about this?

I heard about a new osteoporsis treatment where it takes 15 minutes to get an IV yearly.  It is covered by insurance.  I need to know the name of this and the manufacturer.  Is it Reclast?  I now take a Boniva IV injection every three months.  It costs $439.00 each time.  I am a senior and run out of RX... Read moreChevron
