Traveling with Forteo

I will be traveling by air to Ireland in July & have to plan on keeping my Forteo refrigerated & getting it through security. Forteo to treat broken bones after partial humerus replacement due to AVN

My 49 year old husband has COPD and treatment for this is Prednisone. This steriod use caused Avascular Necrosis. Need help choosing treatment
