Dexa scores
My T-scores range from -1.65 in L1 to -3.18 in L4. I assume that one has to look at this from the "worst link in the chain" perspective, rather than the average. I'm what I thought I was a very healthy 56 year old guy. Very active, bike riding, weight lifting etc. I broke a rib jumping on a horse bareback, and then my chiropractor said that I didn't show up very well on his ex-ray machine.
