Osteoporosis and weight bearing exercises (max weight?)
Hi all,I have osteoporosis and lift weights, but I have been unable to find anywhere what the maximum safe weight to lift for people with osteoporosis is. I am 51 and petite. Does anybody have any advice or ideas?Thanks.

Currently taking Boniva, Mycalcin Spray and Evista
I am currently taking the three subject drugs to counteract my osteoporosis and it appears that they are working in my favor. High-heels question
I wonder whether there has been any studies on women who wear high-heeled shoes as opposed to flats and their likelihood in developing osteoporosis.
