Q: DO LAXATIVES INTERFERE WITH CALCIUM & VITAMIN D ABSORPTION

Hi JAPALM...yes, laxatives can interfere with the absorbstion of calcium and vitamin D.  When things pass thru the body quickly nutrients can be lost.  This link will  tell you about calicum and D as well as many other drugs, both prescription and OTC.  take care...phyllis
