Hi Diane:  This must be a tough decision for you, since you have sarcoidosis.  Unfortunately I don't know much about this disorder, however, the best advice I can give is to take a copy of the New England Journal of Medicines article on Reclast with you to your next visit, so you and your Dr can review all the medical disorders that are considered to be contraindicated, with this treatment.  I could not find sarcoidosis listed as a disorder that would be contraindicated, but you should both still read all the disorders listed under adverse events.
