Q: I did Ultrosound scanning recently and this report says it has high frequency linear probe and impression is Multinodular Goiter, is this serious issue, shall I start MED for the same? what MED?

Hi John, welcome...We are an osteoporosis web site, so we wouldn't have the expertise to help with thyroid disorders.  Have you had a discussion with your Dr. about what medication they will give you?  If you have any questions about this, be sure to discuss all of them with your physician, since he/she is the only one who would know what medication to prescribe.  Multinodular goiters are treatable.
