Hi Ken, welcome and thanks for your question.  I'm not sure what kind of info you are looking for, but there are many things you can do to help improve your bone density with simple lifestyle changes.  Have you discussed your options with your doctor? Lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise and supplement are helpful,  If you don't have an exercise routine you'll want to start one that includes  weight bearing such walking or jogging and weight training with light hand weights in the beginning.  A diet of frutis, veggies, lean protein, whole grains and calcium from both dairy and non dairy sources is not only good for the bones, but the rest of you as well.  Adding supplements can also help your bones.  A few of the basic ones are calcium, Vitamin D3,  and magnesuim. Others that some take are silica and vitamin K2.   If you have are specific questions pease ask. take care...phyllis
