Q: Can one of the experts tell me what side effects can come from using Boniva IV? I recieved injection 48 hours ago and have a headache each day. I am scared about what is to come. This will be in me

for 3 months and I am feeling very nervous - especially reading all reviews. Can you ease my mind any? Thank-you! Sue

Hi Sue, welcome...I'm so sorry to hear about your side effects from Boniva. I can give you a link to the injectable Boniva and I hope this will help. If the side effects are too hard to handle, discuss this with your Dr. and see what you should do.

For information on half-life see the link above and the paragraph on elimination. Also, read the section on precautions and warnings near the end. Headache is listed as a common side effect.

Good luck with this and please discuss with your Dr. so you know if there's something you should do to resolve this side effect.
