What if I need dental work after I have started taking Reclasp?

Since Reclasp or the other osteoporosis medications shouldn't be taken when there is "extensive or ongoing" dental attention, what if I need a filling or root canal which could come up in the future?

Two days ago I checked out fine with the dentist xray and exam. However, I do not know if later on I may need to have dental work.   What constitutes the line between extensive and non-extensive work when taking this medication?  I am 63 years of age.
