I am about to have my first reclast IV, I am currently not on medicare, in 2 1/2 years I will be.  I currently have Cigna PPO.  The Rheumatologist I was sent to for the treatment told me that Medicare will not cover this, but, my insurance will, which at that time will become secondary.  I contacted my insurance company and they told me they would cover it.  Theres a form the Dr's office submits,  sorry I forgot what it is called.  The part someone would have to pay would depend on how their insurance company pays for it.  I will only have to pay a $30.00 co pay.
