Hi, Thank you for your question. The price of a medication is set by each individual insurance company, and each company usually has several plans with different copays for each plan. There are literally thousands of Medicare insurance plans, and they are all different. You would need to contact your insurance company directly to determine how much you would have to pay for Reclast. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful, but there really is no way for me to know how much your insurance would cover and how much you would have to pay. Best of luck, Casey
