Hi Naomi: Here's an article on treatment options for vertebral fractures. Some vertebral fractures heal on their own and some need surgery. The only way to know what your treatment options are is to check with your Dr. and see if you have a fracture or not, and what the treatment would be depending on the age of the injury.
