Hello, thank you for sharing your question! If you are not satisfied with the care you are getting for your osteoporosis from your primary care physician, consulting a specialist may be a good idea. Possible options would include an endocrinologist, rheumatologist, orthopedist (especially if you have already had a fracture) or even a geriatrician.  For the sciatinc nerve problems, the best specialist to consult would be a neurologist. Good luck with both these issues and do keep us posted on your progress!
