Hi Jim, welcome. Yes Medicare covers most of the costs of Reclast. Here's a link to the manufacturer (Novartis) that explains this (see FAQ's on Insurance). I would double check the price and your copay, before the infusion, just to find out how much will be covered. This is not covered under Part D (prescription coverage) but it is covered under Medicare Part B.
