Q: -is taking fosamex safe to take?

Hi Kay welcome and thanks for your question.  It depends on your medical history.  If you have any of the following your probably shouldn't take it. 

 

hypocalcemia (low calcium)

kidney disease

allergy to medication

digestive or swallowing problems

can't stand or sit for 30 minutes

 

If you don't have any of these check with your Dr. to see he or she thinks this will help your bone loss.
