Q: is vitamin D3 good for psoriasis arthritis

Hi Raf, welcome!  Vitamin D3 can be used for this type of arthritis, but it won't prevent it from occuring.  Here's a quote from LiveStrong where you can read further about it.  Pay particular attention to the differing analogs of vitamin D used for this, and the precautions with this type of prohormone.  Also, discuss this with your physician to confirm the information on this.


Vitamin D3 analogs offer one line of treatment to minimize the overproduction of skin cells in psoriasis, but they do not cure the condition.
